Photographic work (and fun)

The photos in the slideshow are a mixture of scanned photos shot on 35mm film and digital photos. (I use Nikon equipment for both.)

I don't portray myself as a professional photographer, but have been a "serious hobby photographer" off and on, for most of my life. Many of the photos have now become a great resource for other imaging projects. i.e., as a library of images to illustrate my ideas and client's ideas, as backdrops or even texture maps in 3D work, and like most people, to simply record certain events.

So, the work here will be presented in that light. I've done some work I'm proud of, using photography skills, but I don't take that too seriously. Today, with greatly-improved digital cameras combined with tools like PhotoShop, virtually everyone is a "photographer" and a "graphic designer".
