The Cockpit

I've rebuilt the cockpit seats, mapped out the instrument panel and throttle quadrant, and have begun to add some of the controls.

Pilot seat removed here, for clarity.

The hangar setup lets me light this model a little more realistically.

Main Landing Gear

After a lot of tweaking, the main landing gear geometry is in place and correct. Still plenty of small details to add, but the major connections and pivot points are set. The red markers indicate where I have to add pivot pins and bolts.

Some time later...

The most important parts of the main landing gear are completed, and all that remains is to finish the brake lines, (have to make some new brakes first) and some placards. So, with the landing gear installed, I've rigged all the landing gear doors, the cabin door, and the small nose-mounted door that holds the landing/taxi lights. Here are a few renders...
